We recently started works on site on our newest project. The proposals involve a full basement excavation below the detached house footprint and part of the rear garden. The existing house is undergoing a full refurbishment as well and full reconfiguration on the ground floor. The new basement space will provide a new floor of living space and will be linked to the existing garden with a terraced rear lightwell.
