We recently started works on site on this exciting new project. The existing detached house has already undergone a full ‘back to brick’ strip out, including removal of all internal floors and the existing roof. The house will now be fully reconfiguration and refurbishment, rear ground and first floor extensions added, as well as a new roof, which will provide a new floor of living space. The house benefits from and expansive rear garden, we plan to add a contemporary ‘pavillion’ pool house, outside kitchen and dining area sitting alongside a new swimming pool.
